Beer Sampling
We organise two types of event to introduce you to interesting beers.
Beer Tasting at Home
This is based on tasting bottled beers and possibly some locally produced draught beer in take home containers.
We will source a range of tastes and styles so you can get an idea of the huge variety on offer.
We will agree a budget with you and obtain the beers on your behalf – we take no mark-up on the cost of the beer and anything left over you keep.
We provide glasses so there is no washing up.
All we ask is to borrow your fridge for any lager styles and that there is no smoking during the tasting.
The Civilised Pub Crawl
This can be arranged in Brighton, Hove or Lewes.
Our aim is to introduce you to some of the real ales of Sussex (there are around 45 breweries in the county).
We agree a date and a meeting point – from there you will be taken on a tour of local pubs specialising in regional beers.
The pubs will be selected on the day depending on what each has available so you can try a range of styles.
You buy your own beer in each pub – we take no mark-up.
There is a fixed cost for each tour depending on numbers.
